Design
Las Vistas Yecla is a villa project of between 1 and maximum 3 Cortijos that is carried out in a way that is truly distinctive and unique. The basic features that will guide the design are as follows:
- Low-rise, high quality construction in the style of the Spanish traditional Cortijo, but with a modern twist.
- Innovative building method, offering high thermal and acoustic insulation and energy efficiency.
- Ample use of noble, natural materials such as wood and natural stone in combination with stucco, concrete and glass.
- High degree of privacy.
- Availability of plenty of natural light.
- Cosy, open and lively spaces, where “inside” and “outside” merge seamlessly.
- A pleasant and logical layout and spacious rooms.
- Blending in with the surrounding natural environment, among others due to the use of natural colours.
Together with our architect you will determine how you want to build. Only one floor? Or would you prefer another floor on top? The choice is yours!
We have already developed a few models, these can be adapted in terms of layout and style and they can be reduced or enlarged, according to your wishes.
